At Ferrari Fashion School, we believe that transparency, integrity, and respect for the rules are the foundations on which to build value for all our stakeholders. For this reason, we have adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which guides us in preventing risks and promoting correct behavior, as well as a Code of Ethics that reflects the values and principles we are inspired by every day.
To oversee the implementation and updating of this system, a Supervisory Body (OdV) has been established, independent and with a guarantee role towards the Board of Directors.
To give everyone the opportunity to contribute to a healthy and respectful environment, we have also activated a reporting channel, confidential and secure, through which it is possible to report any conduct not aligned with our values, with full protection of confidentiality.
